This pokemon was abandoned by his parents to be the more
weaker from the nest, so had to adapt to survive alone without the help of their parents, for that reason takes the skull of any another of his kind who not survived and also not can fly by his parents not taught him.

PS: On the other hand the chicks remaining in the nest evolve to another completely different pokemon, that if it can fly...(coming soon)
